2. 100% Nut Butters- look for jars with only one ingredient
almond butter, sunflower seed butter, peanut butter

brown rice, black rice, purple rice, wild rice
5. Canned Vegetables- look for low sodium!
corn, peas, carrots, beets, pumpkin, look for varieties!

Choose canned fruit packed in its own juice or water. Pureed fruits is another good option, too.

8. Whole Grain Breakfast Cereals- look for boxes low in sugar

9. Plant-Based Milk- look for shelf-stable packaging
almond and coconut milk can be found in boxes and cans that can last on the shelf without refrigeration
